These terms govern enquiries, quotes, bookings and service delivery for private transfers and chauffeur services requested through this website.

Scope of service

Travel In Sorrento provides private transfers, chauffeur services and travel support subject to route availability, operational capacity and confirmation by the business. A quote request sent through the website does not constitute a confirmed booking until the service is accepted and confirmed directly.

Services may include airport pickups, hotel transfers, port transfers, day routes and custom itineraries. Vehicle type, timing and final route details are confirmed according to passenger count, luggage, pickup logistics and operational constraints.

Quotes and booking confirmation

Quotes are based on the information supplied by the guest at the time of request. Changes to pickup point, destination, stops, waiting time, luggage volume, passenger count or service window may require a revised price.

A booking is considered confirmed only after written acceptance by the business through email, messaging or another agreed confirmation channel. Until then, availability remains subject to change.

Where requested for operational reasons, a deposit or advance payment may be required to lock the service slot. Payment instructions, accepted methods and any balance-due timing are communicated in the quote or confirmation message and form part of the booking conditions for that service.

Waiting time and delays

For airport or train arrivals, reasonable waiting time may be included according to the service notes communicated during booking. Flight or train delays should be reported as soon as possible so pickup timing can be adjusted where operationally feasible.

Extended waiting time, missed pickup due to lack of communication or major route changes requested after confirmation may generate additional charges or require a new service arrangement.

Payments and pricing

Quoted prices are normally expressed in EUR and cover the service described in the booking confirmation. Additional stops, route deviations, night supplements, waiting time extensions, excess luggage handling or last-minute operational changes may require an additional charge.

If a deposit has been paid and the remaining balance is due before pickup or at service time, failure to complete payment may suspend or cancel the booking. Any local taxes, tolls, parking or extras included or excluded from the price should be read together with the final confirmation sent for the specific route.

Cancellations and modifications

Cancellation and modification terms depend on the type of service, timing and seasonality. Guests should request changes as early as possible. Late cancellations, no-shows or significant last-minute modifications may be non-refundable in whole or in part.

Unless stricter terms are stated in the quote, cancellations requested with adequate notice may be reviewed case by case, while same-day cancellations, missed arrivals without communication or route changes requested too close to service time may be charged in full or in part because vehicle time has already been reserved.

Where a cancellation policy, deposit rule or supplier-specific condition is communicated in the quote or booking confirmation, that policy prevails for the specific service.

Guest responsibilities and liability

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact details, correct travel information and any relevant operational notes, including child seat requirements, excess luggage or accessibility needs. The business is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate information, force majeure, road closures or events outside reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the value of the confirmed service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
